After successfully guiding Central Region to the title victory, Tanka Bahadur Karki has achieved the individual section gold medal of the NGA-NSC Open Golf Championship at the Royal Nepal Golf Club on January 12. Karki has played a round of two-over 70 with an aim of posting the 54-hole total of three-over 207 for a five-shot triumph over his national team member Sukra Bahadur Rai.
Sukra Bahadur Rai, the golfer from Nirvana Country Club carded one-under 67 for finishing at the second position after the youthful participant from Central Region Subash Tamang had paused to nine-over 77.
