Details coming from available sources are that people affiliated with print or electronic media I,e Asif Malik and masood Sahi , based in USA are very much into the meetings and gatherings with Hamid Ali behlol (central president IJS) who is currently in USA on his journalist journey .
A formal inauguration ceremony of IJS USA chapter and honorary gathering with central president of IJS took place at Masti Grill Devon Avenue , Chicago . People from different walks of life such as media,business, politics and social work field attended and became the part of ceremony of IJS there . The ceremony got kicked of with recitation of Holy Quran . The responsibility of compering was taken up by Sadar U din Noorani .
Addressing to the attendees, Mr behlol : president IJS added the main aims and objects of Organization that through the medium of this Organization, we will ensure the security of each journalist living in any region of world to write the truth, speak up against the evils , become the voice of voiceless and standing firm against social vices and above all , sending the kids to school who are unable to go due to financial crisis .
There is no sign of doubt that it is the toughest job for a journalist to be the truth speaker and supported in this suffocated society as many of our brothers from journalist community have led there lives while performing their duty with sincerity and dedication. It’s matter of grave concern that before today , no organization ever took the responsibility to speak against the violence of Journalist community .
While announcing the team of IJS USA chapter : Bureau chief of Pakistan news Mr Rana Javed nominated as president IJS USA chapter and he was handed over the authority to the form the team in other states of USA also . While addressing the event ,Mr Rana Javeed added , we are always ready to serve the journalist community be it of Pakistan or USA.
We will have to strive hard to diagnose the issues and get them resolved at the end , properly . Many great social and political names such as : Dr murtaza Arain , Education expert : Farhat khan , journalist and educational expert : Tariq Khowaja , Shehr bano , Ehtsham Arshad nizami,Anwar Ali Rumi and renowned artist : Sanam Marvi ( Wife of central presient IJS) also addressed to the event . while the presence and co- operation of likes of Heni Maidana , Asad Malik , Shahida khan ,Kaleem Hassan and freelancer Journalist Sayed Khalil Allah . At the end of the proceedings, the endeavors taken by the hosts of the event namely Asif Malka and Masood Sahi were highly appreciated and applauded by the guests and attendees of the event .
