Apara understands the value of relationship building and has the credentials to prove it: Nearly 80% of her clients are referrals and repeat buyers. As she says, “It’s about the quality of the relationships we build with our clients, from the first-timers to those who keep coming back and sending their friends.” Even when the Chicago market was experiencing a limited inventory in 2018, the she was busy thanks to their long-time clients.

Also, Apara graduated from the University of Florida with a Master’s degree in 2006, which adds to her experience.
